He tried to force the players to play his way with no integration. He tried to start playing “Ange-ball” from week 1/2 and the players didn’t have a clue!

Time taken to get ideas across is one thing, that’s just bad management

He is a bad manager, he can’t get the players to execute his ideas (apart from 35 minutes in Seville) and he is completely negligent to glaring issues.
