@hstaker Appreciate it. I’m less interested in startup costs than the underlying model. The mission reads philanthropic, though there’s presumably an economic structure beneath it. Your posts don’t really highlight who’s funding and sustaining these schools.

@hstaker Who’s paying this guides salary, you or another org? Does the guide babysit all afternoon while the kids play in the ocean? Or are they off after “class” ends? What if 2 want to farm and 3 want to snorkel? Is one guide babysitting the farm kids and another guide snorkeling?
