Jai Arrow has made an emotional return to the field for South Sydney after being forced into retirement following a motor neurone disease diagnosis.
The NRL bent its rules to allow Arrow to start against former club the Gold Coast Titans before being substituted moments later.
The Rabbitohs co-captain led his teammates onto the field to a standing ovation, with Cody Walker by his side.
Arrow is set to make another brief appearance next week to officially reach 100 games for South Sydney.
