This morning, a team from NCIC and KBC led by NCIC Deputy Director Peacebuilding and Reconciliation, Mr. Liban Guyo, paid a courtesy call to the office of the Marsabit County Commissioner ahead of the Town Hall. The Marsabit Deputy County Commissioner, Mr. David Saruni said the transgenerational conversations will go a long way in bridging the gap between generations and boost security efforts not only in Marsabit, but also in the whole country, especially as we head to the general elections.
