@Strickomaster @HelpfromHobson My suspicion from primary perspective is that especially at the start of introducing behaviour system , the number of warnings is perceived by parents as ‘more fair’ Maybe? Maybe it reduces pushback?

Rather than values, Valor has ‘commitments’. I really like this, as values can often feel quite nebulous and the line to behaviour or action isn’t always clear. This solves that.

Almost impossible to see through fresh eyes 👀- it’s almost like re-setting out your stall. Leaders need staff to see through fresh eyes too. It’s very uncomfortable.
