There’s a lot of noise around Solana right now, CT is emotional by nature. When people get rugged, lose money, or become frustrated with the culture around them, the natural reaction is to distance themselves from the place where the pain happened. I understand that.
But before we write Solana off, it’s worth remembering what this ecosystem has actually given us.
Solana helped make memecoins accessible to millions. It created opportunities that changed people’s lives, gave countless builders a place to experiment, and became home to communities that didn’t have a seat at the table anywhere else.
Has it had its bad actors? Absolutely.
Have there been jeets, rugs and terrible decisions? Of course.
But those are human problems, not necessarily protocol problems.
Every cycle eventually produces disappointment. Then people declare an ecosystem dead. And somehow, history keeps repeating itself: after the FUD, builders keep building, new narratives emerge, and another era begins.
Maybe Robinhood Chain will be great. Maybe some people will find a better home there. That's okay. Crypto is bigger than any single chain.
But if you're leaving Solana because you're disappointed, leave with perspective, not emotion.
