@parcelforce Multiple times now, I've been told it'll be redelivered and still nothing. I've requested a redelivery at the local post office, which has failed twice now. This happens EVERY time we have a parcel from Royal Mail / Parcelforce & NEVER from any other delivery service.

1st 'alleged' attempt claims we didn't answer the door! Funny that, when we have an intercom with a trades button that goes directly to our property management, plus two of us are working from home. Clearly no attempt was made & this isn't the 1st time!

@ZssBecker This is easier said than done if you have perfectly good health. Don't underestimate the 'added' challenge and psychological impact that genetic, hereditary and incurable diseases have on people. No one's FAULT, just pure strength in accepting vulnerability, trust me. @ZssBecker
