On my second trip to Dunkirk, 13 April 2026, I photographed this man getting off a small boat after helping push it away from the shore.

He then walked back to land, passing the gendarmes without being detained.

If the priority is stopping the criminal gangs behind these crossings, why wasn’t he stopped and questioned?

This is exactly why I keep returning with a camera.
