I’m pretty sure FL has been top ~3-5 in population growth every year since 2020. So it does seem that “everyone is moving to FL”. Maybe not coming at the same rate they were a few years ago but they’re still coming.

This fire sale stuff is because those are the areas that have been getting nailed by hurricanes the past few years and insurance has skyrocketed in those areas.

I’m 45 minutes from the coast and no home in my neighborhood stays on the market more than a few weeks.
