VAR hater, Part-time poker, part-time DFS. Full-time dad. Got lucky once on DK in 2014.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

Exactly. It’s hard to even describe how it was without sounding like you’re making it up.

I wish I had cell phone video of everything but it was before that became a thing.

The car in front of me literally had people jumping on top of the roof and other people reaching in throwing punches at the driver and passengers. It was insane.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

My freshman year at FSU I made the mistake of staying in town during FAMU homecoming.

Saw some of the craziest things of my life. Like a carjacking right in front of me, some full out brawls, and more cop cars than I've seen in my entire life.

From the top of my dorm I probably saw 200 cop cars and I'm not exaggerating.

Crazy that it's still like this 25 years later.

Lost for words… This is a longer version of the first video posted from the shooting near Florida A&M University in Tallahassee.

The Tallahassee Police Department is preparing to hold a press conference to provide more information about the shooting on Perry Street near Bragg Memorial Stadium.

As of now, there is still no official word on the total number of victims or whether any suspects are in custody.

Prayers for everyone involved and their families. 🙏

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@PickSixPreviews And BYU will be ranked ahead of UCF. Imagine that.

This obsession with H2H is weird.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@_willcompton And even Miami has no business being #1 but they're there by default. If they would've played anyone with a pulse they'd have a loss or 2 also.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@uhicouldntthink @RJ1525 Oh man you can't find an article from 25 years ago about a random carjacking?? Or street lined with thousands of people. It must not have happened then!

You can't really be this dumb.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

Yes it was extremely chaotic. This was 25 years ago. I left town every year after that but would still hear stories about how crazy it was.

I don't know anything about tonight's incident outside of what's been reported.

I never blamed FAMU for it but clearly FAMU homecoming attracts a bad crowd and has for awhile. I doubt any of the people involved in these incidents are FAMU students.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

It wasn't on FAMU's campus, it was on Tennessee St. The entire street was taken over. Wall to wall cars everywhere, every gas station and bar completely filled to the max. This was 2000, maybe it's different now.

And for the record I don't think many of these people were FAMU students, I think they were in town for FAMU homecoming though. It was crazy.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@mamanuggle wtf are you talking about? Who said anything about it being the university's fault?

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@juniornelsonjr If you say so

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@HowTheProsDo Hmm I gave up after the first episode. It seemed super cheesy. But maybe that was a mistake.

[Galen Hall @galenhall]

imagine if instead of 1:20 to score a TD to tie, you had 1:00 to kick a FG to tie OR score a TD to win. IS THAT NOT OBVIOUSLY BETTER?

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

Damn, it's gonna be tough for the Rays to recover from that. 4-0 1st inning lead and so many mistakes. Brutal.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@DuBoseDefense He's so bad

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@HowTheProsDo Gonna be some 3-loss teams this year and 4-loss teams next year. It's so dumb.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@Utah_Nole *the country

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@homer78749 I did watch, what are you getting at

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

Hilarious possible CFP scenario:

11. 10-2 BYU
12. 10-2 Notre Dame

BYU would have beaten Notre Dame AND finished ranked ahead of them but Notre Dame would make the playoff over BYU because of the special treatment deal that ND was able to make.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

Decent start for the Rays

[College Football Zone @CollegeFBonX]

Brian Kelly seeing the NC State Wolfpack job is open

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

@Jason_Sowards Yeah, BYU ripped it off, they called a flag but then picked it up causing the 10 second runoff. Pretty ridiculous but it worked out.

[Matt Smith @SamENole]

This UCF finish is insane. Why did the clock stop?
