@RandomizerGreat But yes, the hallucinations and delusions (I started to believe I was living in the poetry I had been writing and that everything was connected in some weird way) are very real and extremely terrifying to those around you as they begin to believe that you are losing your mind

@RandomizerGreat Thankfully, once we focused on the lack of sleep being the issue, I stopped taking the drugs they had me on and just took some melatonin and benadryl. This worked wonders and over the course of about 2+ months my sleep became regular and I came back to normal
