Animal Protective Association of Missouri has begun operating the County animal shelter under a five-year, $15.8 million dollar contract that Dr. Page and many animal advocates hope will reverse a history of chronic understaffing and overpopulation.
The unanimous vote today by the Regional Sports Authority demonstrates the strong support for how the Rams funds will be distributed. My office will work closely with the county council and listen to all suggestions to find the best ways to invest in @STLCounty's future.
