Mountnessing Parish Council can breath a sigh of relief that it will not be losing any of its boundaries. I was glad to vote in favour of this both in committee and again in full council. Special thanks to all the parish councillors that do so much for their local community!

So the short version is that the current Brentwood Lib-Dem/Labour administration don't actually the know what the true cost of their capital program is or what the value to tax payer is. We have essentially a black hole in public finances, which is very worrying indeed...

Labour are considering retroactive legislation in order strip Reform UK of their recent donations. If you have been tempted to think that Reform could be establishment - let that die now forever. Reform's only crime is winning and because they are better at fund raising!

All above board and legal, but FAR more importantly, a chance to level the playing field against the establishment. Since 2021 Labour raised 128m, the Tories raised 150m, up until now Reform had raised only 38m. There is still hope for positive change people!
