@Europcar_UK appalled at the service at Stansted. We ordered an 8 seater to carry 8 people. Was given a 7 seater and told that 'the car code includes a 7 seater'. Now refusing to help over email! The amount of hassle this caused us! Terrible customer service - avoid Europcar

@VirginActiveUK Hi Paresha, one doesn’t have a screen and two have screens but they don’t work, so 3 are broken. It’s pointless training without a working screen. They need a service from @Wattbike. @VirginActiveUK need to sort this.
