@Dr_jlink Great words, Dr. John...and so true! Our granddaughter Ashlyn is a sophomore at Ash Grove and plays VB with the Apex National Reds 16 team. The nine girls are from seven different high schools. Kathy and I never have to worry about what to do on weekends. It's great fun... 🥰🥳

@Dr_jlink Great word, Dr. John…and right on target! BTW - Kathy and I met your son at Sparta HS a couple weeks ago. He seems to be carrying on the positive family tradition that you’ve prepared your “young’uns” so well for. Bountiful blessings to you and your entire family! 🙏😀🙌🏼

@GerlaAaron This was very well done, Dr. Gerla. Thanks to Principal Thompson, the FFA officers, members and all others who played an important role in making this tribute possible. AGSD, AG parents and all local residents should be proud of the AG Pirates!

Although these tips were posted for Ash Grove parents and students, they can be generally applied by families everywhere. Prayers for everyone's safety as the new school year gets started in a variety of packages and forms!

@Dr_jlink Excellent post, Dr. Link...your thoughts are right on target! I am praying for you and all school leaders faced with making difficult (perhaps life altering) decisions without the benefit of "absolutes".

Interesting things often happen when Beast is on the field. This forces the Niners to adjust their preparation...and it promises to be exciting for all fortunate enough to have access to "Sunday Night on NBC". Welcome back, #24!

[Sam Gerla @SamGerla]

@SportsCenter @AdamSchefter Welcome back, Beast...now let's make it happen through five more weeks!
