@SimonCalder in my previous tweet I was referring to @DreamsResorts Corfu who still seem to not being honest with their summer customers! And the 5* experience people have paid for doesn’t exist but can’t get refunds!
@SimonCalder hi would be great to get your views on how a hotel can advertise a 5* experience and 2 days before you are due to arrive tell you they won’t be opening and also many of the services won’t be available for the whole of summer!

@HelloFreshUK very disappointed with the menu card instructions for the steak dauphinois- no mention of the onion & a confusing instruction of cheese use yet not on menu list. Disappointing for a premium meal and the dauphinois is not creamy and bubbly:(

@BarclaysUK how long roughly is the wait time on your phone lines. Waited 4 hours yesterday to be cut off. Trying again today. I understand we are in a pandemic but at least tell people where / if they are in the queue to speak to someone
What troubles me about the UK govt’s response to COVID-19 is its strategic objective. The goal seems to have been herd immunity, delaying urgent action to allow an epidemic to infect large numbers of people. Instead, the goal should have been to save lives. A grave error.
@HelloFreshUK went to cook the sticky pork and kale mash last night. Devastated to find the sauce is apple based and I’m allergic 🙁 Wish we could register allergies to avoid meals containing this!
