Meet MAGAt Jensy Machado, a 38-year-old naturalized American citizen from Manassas, Virginia, who works as a commercial driver and spent the 2024 election enthusiastically backing Donald Trump. Believing the administration's aggressive immigration agenda would solely target violent criminals, he proudly cast his ballot for a safer America.

On March 5, 2025, his loyalty was rewarded with the full MAGA treatment when unmarked ICE vehicles boxed in his pickup truck on Lomond Drive. Armed agents jumped out with guns drawn, ordered him out at gunpoint, slapped handcuffs on him, and forced him to sit on the curb while mockingly dismissing his declarations of U.S. citizenship.

The agents were looking for a completely different person who once listed Machado’s home address, prompting the lifelong trucker to question his political choices. Reflecting on the traumatic stop, he told reporters, "I voted for Trump last election, but because I thought it was going to be against criminals, not every Hispanic, Spanish-lookalike. They're just following Hispanic people."

The man was producing and distributing “adapted child pornography and obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children," according to police.

🚨"NO ENERGY AT ALL": A 3-year-old boy got his dad's gun and fatally shot himself outside a Burger King and the sheriff says investigators have “no appetite” for charging the father.

It happened Thursday in Bartow, Florida. Sheriff Grady Judd says the dad set his Glock down while trying to fix a declined credit card, and the boy picked it up from the backseat.

Judd: "We would not have any energy at all for suggesting criminal charges."

But Florida law can make it a third-degree felony when a child gets hold of a loaded gun left within reach. The sheriff doesn't make the final call. The case is now with State Attorney Brian Haas.

No charges have been filed so far.
Should the dad be charged?

Meet MAGAt and now very much dead incel Scott Paul Beierle. A former Florida substitute English teacher whose escalating history of sexual harassment and battery culminated in a horrific act of misogynist terrorism, rather than a standard courtroom conviction, because he turned the gun on himself. Before executing his final assault, he was heavily affiliated with the FSU College Republicans and the "We Are Conservatives" movement.

The allegations against Beierle spanned decades of predatory behavior. In 2006, while working as a Maryland high school teacher, he was investigated for inappropriate contact after asking a female student to pose for Playboy. By 2010, the U.S. Army investigated him for unacceptable conduct involving inappropriate interactions with four female Air Force service members, forcing his discharge.

His criminal record spiked in Tallahassee, where he was arrested in 2012 for misdemeanor battery after repeatedly grabbing women's buttocks at a Florida State University dining hall. In 2014, his persistent stalking behavior earned him a campus-wide trespass conviction and ban from FSU. In 2016, police arrested him again for battery after he non-consensually grabbed and slapped a sunbathing woman at an apartment complex pool. On May 25, 2017, he was fired from Galaxy Middle School after cornering a terrified female student, touching her stomach, and asking if she was ticklish.

Fueled by radical right-wing male supremacy and online incel ideology, Beierle took his hatred to its ultimate conclusion on November 2, 2018. He walked into a Hot Yoga Tallahassee studio and opened fire, murdering two women, wounding five other people, and exposing the deadly trajectory of unchecked right-wing misogyny before committing suicide.

#BREKAING #AshleeBuzzard is expected in Santa Maria Superior Court tomorrow (Oct. 26) at 8:30 a.m. for a mental competency hearing.

This follows the Sept. 8 hearing where her public defender declared a doubt about her competency under California Penal Code §1368.

Proceedings were suspended and the preliminary hearing was vacated. Two court-appointed psychologists were ordered to evaluate her.

The Oct. 5 date was continued because the reports were not complete (she reportedly declined to be interviewed by one of the doctors).

Ashlee Buzzard, who remains in custody without bail, is charged with the first-degree murder of her 9-year-old daughter #MelodeeBuzzard (with firearm and lying-in-wait allegations). She has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty. Competency has not yet been decided.
