This made me grateful for all the training I have received over the years in various roles.
I was even more grateful to see a familiar face of a friend working on the ambulance from the Fire Service.

Yesterday a lady caught my attention with unusual body movement in Wickes, I quickly recognised she was about to collapse.
Following this, a 5 minute seizure resulted in a call to the Ambulance, some first aid care and reassurance once she had come back around.
