1pm called Unifi and only then was inform. Now unifi file another report and technician will either come on Sunday or Monday. WTH.
SERIOUSLY all these years with Unifi is definitely not worth it.

Just need to rant / complain Unifi services is absolutely unbelievable. My Unifi internet has been constantly down everyday usually between 10am and 3pm. I filed a report on Sunday and technically no show on Monday.

Yesterday my interest was down almost the entire day. Made report and technician was support to come today between 1130 - 1pm. Btw Internet down since this morning. Call Unifi - technician cancel the report. Didn’t bother to inform me and I waited till 1am.
