I might be late to the game, but I’m looking into the best tools to optimize mine and my team’s capacity.
We work in experiential marketing and need to automate reporting, planning, scheduling, etc.
What are your game-changers when it comes to optimizing productivity?
I'll be heading to Denver to check out @newtopia now for the first time.
Looking to meet with brands, get the scoop on the latest trends, and hopefully lock in some new partnerships.
🚀 Happy to share that I had a chance to sit down with Jason Swenk on the Smart Agency Masterclass podcast! It was a pleasure to discuss how my partner and I began scheduling weekly strategy sessions and prioritizing working on the business rather than just in it.
So please, tell me about your cash flow struggles, your funding win(s) 🥇 or your long-term success story. It's time you share your story.
We need to get better and easier access to funding for young entrepreneurs in Canada.

Accessing funding, credit, or loans as a business owner has been an uphill battle.
When he asked me what my biggest challenge was as a co-owner of an agency, as unappealing and basic as it may be, cash flow was the first thing that came to mind.
We need to break the taboo around discussing cash flow openly. It's a conversation that should be happening more in the mainstream, especially when it comes to funding for young entrepreneurs, which is what I did when I met with Jason Swenk on the Agency Mastery 306 podcast.
I'm disappointed in the system and frustrated with my financial services (or lack thereof), but I've got my eye on the long game. This level of uncertainty and stress can only lead to success. I know it.
I just got back from a bank appointment (with one of the top 5 banks in Canada) and they can do NOTHING to support me in the short term. Even with a solid credit score and proof of assets (and the 10+ other documents requested), my bank appointment was a dead-end.
