Home from the floating sound bath. I was so relaxed until I saw the @BurnleyOfficial score 😠 I would highly recommend. Took rose quartz and amethyst with me. Now for a bath, book, fizz, PJs and a chinese takeaway later.

Nothing has changed! My mum used to try and bribe me to keep quiet for half an hour for 10p. That is child slave labour. Of course ADHD did not exist back then and my teachers at school were also treated to my never ending chatter.

They also received the report for my diagnosis of ADHD in August. Emailed a month ago to query why it was not on my medical records. Got an email today to say it has now been added. Delay due to “coding issues”.
