@SparkleSV @xitlallisolis5 @disneyplus @DisneyPlusHelp After 13 hours of trying to get ahold of someone, I have been told “call customer service” accounts are locked. 1-2 days to submit the problem to higher ups. 3-5 days to get it unlocked. Disney’s recommendation is to start a free trial. Not really the point.
