@virginmedia I've clicked the link 3 times but it won't load because #nointernet and when it flutters in it interferes with 4g unless I keep changing my settings as well as pay for extra data - this is getting quite messy!

Dear @Ofcom are you aware of how @virginmedia are dealing with (or rather not) the current service outage for residents in SN12 over 8wks+ with no communication of reason or honest follow up and purposeful avoidance of putting through to complaints team ?? Please assist. 🙏

@virginmedia Oh last week you said it was best to phone, but apparently there is no complaints team!! Also the guy currently on phone with says theres no fault yet the other person we spoke to this morning said there has actually been a fault for 8wks - sort yourselves out and deal with it.

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

And @virginmedia we have called many, many, many times since...I've had to buy extra data for my phone so I can tether my PC for meetings but I can't carry on with that...

@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.
