@tangotiger I think there’s also this issue of how would balls and strikes be communicated to the fans. The umpire makes total sense because that’s where everybody’s eyes are in the stadium. Looking at the big board for every pitch would be a pretty bad in game experience.

@boisechampion @pulte You would need 5% down. 25k in this case. If you then got a 30 year note on the remaining principal you talk about, your total payment assuming the 400k is on a 3% note, would be 2100 all in. Take that vs 2800 monthly for a 475k loan at 6.1%. It is a good fix.
