Mind-warp stunts. Techno-slammin' visuals. Mega-kick action.

@jplarocque Great news for my latest pilot "Best Mortgage Rates Hamilton GTA"

A devastating loss. There are so few filmmakers making the kind of impact Jeff Barnaby has made.

What an incredible artist.

[Devery Jacobs @kdeveryjacobs]

How I'll miss you, @tripgore.

Beautifully stubborn ’til the very end, Jeff Barnaby was bold in his life and his work. He bore a sensitivity, poignancy and depth within him, that translated through his films and resonated with audiences Indigenous and non-Native alike.

@wendy_litner That said, I have no idea where it typically comes from. Maybe it says on the label?

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@wendy_litner Oh, I looked this up once! Kosher salt has rougher grains than table salt, making it useful for soaking up blood from butchered meats. Its name comes from being used to make other foods kosher, rather than its own characteristics or origins.

@benmekler cc:@mmmegan I believe in you

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@LumetFanCam I genuinely took a moment on reading this trying to remember if that was the black and white version of Fury Road.

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@mmmegan Pitching storylines inspired by European cinema. Naming a piece of back bling "backpack". The possibilities are endless.

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@mmmegan Not remembering how to be funny isn't a terrible option for a bit.

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@ChurchCarlton Amazing!

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@ChurchCarlton Oh, just found a place called Paradise Bound that might be worth a look!

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@ChurchCarlton Actually I just looked it up and it seems like the closest stores are Dead Dog (nice place, but I don't remember seeing much Classical there) and Emissions (more of a Punk/Hardcore vibe). I'll keep an eye out though!

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@ChurchCarlton @BobMackowycz I'll definitely try to check out Rotate This when I have a chance! Thanks for the tip 🙂

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@ChurchCarlton @BobMackowycz Your best bet might be looking at what's geographically closest to the Royal Conservatory or wherever the UofT music department is based. I imagine having music students nearby could impact a store's inventory a fair bit.

[David Sims @davidlsims]

NOPE: yup

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

Nope is Jordan Peele's Wachowski Sisters' Speed Racer. This is my highest praise and I will not explain what I mean.

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

Will be watching them as a double feature as soon as humanly possible.

Ontario friends, 4th COVID vaccines are now available to all 18+ adults! Get on it!

@bwestcineaste I'm having trouble finding info on the updated eligibility criteria. Where did you hear about it?

[Samuel Smith @SamRobinSmith]

@mmmegan @JacobBRDS I don't know what the issue is for you two, it's been working great for me.
