@LNRailway Not avanti. I’m (again) talking about the same train. Take next weekend. Out 1st April 14:53 mk to london. Return 2nd April london to mk. Super offpeak return costs £17.90. Both those trains stop enroute at lb but that is offpeak return and costs £36. Why?
@LNRailway No,I mean for travelling to euston on Saturday and returning on Sunday. £35 seems expensive and even more so when the same trip is 17.90 from mk. Might as well drive to mk which seems a bit ridiculous.
@LNRailway Still waiting. Same this weekend - lots of options to travel return from from mk to london for £17.90. Journeys on exactly the same train if you happen to join at leighton buzzard cost £35. Why?
@LNRailway Plus I can’t find any trains on Saturday from leighton buzzard that are super off peak. Why are we paying twice as much to get to London as trains from Milton Keynes. Is it a mistake?
@LNRailway Am I allowed to join at lb but buy the super off peak ticket from mk? (I spent last weekend in london with my wife; thought it outrageous that it cost £70 and was even more annoyed when i happened to see that it would have been under £35 if we’d gone from mk.
@LNRailway Can you explain why a return from Milton Keynes to Euston on the weekend costs £17.60 but if I want to go from leighton buzzard to Euston (on exactly the same train) it costs £36.
