I rarely take selfies but my first run in Ottawa this morning was such a blast! Ran 25k solo by the Ottawa River and passed by the parliament, the canal, and the empty downtown streets.

A little virus didn't stop my big plan. After months of preparation, I am so excited to be moving to Ottawa today to start a new job at @Benbria, and many more new adventures in this great city!

@TTChelps But you made the sale on something I didn't choose to buy. You enabled the auto renewal charge by default on a yearly service which many customers don't anticipate, and put the terms in fine print. Legal but unethical sale tactic.

@TTChelps my 12-month pass expired at the end of March just got auto renewed for another year, which resulted in a charge of $143 for April. I didn't know the renewal was on by default. I haven't used and won't be using TTC in April. Can I get my $$ back please?

Very pleased at my 1:19:58 (unofficial) at @ChillyHalf this morning. Got a 1min negative split and my second fastest 21.1k. And I wasn't even wearing the Vaporflys.

4:39 at the Hal Brown meet 1500m and injured my hip again - disappointing end of the indoor track season. But things will come together.

So excited to be back to @UofTKPE athletic centre, where I did lots of rec running back in uni. Today I am competing against many talented varsity runners in the 1500m. Gonna be a fun experience!
