Operational Director | Building EventFlow | Affiliate, Ambassador and Partner @base44 | Turning catering, events, and AI ideas into real, scalable businesses.
Five years ago many organizations accepted:
• paper check-in
• spreadsheets
• manual reporting
Today there are better options.
And expectations continue to rise.

Built something I wish existed years ago.
Paste any URL and instantly preview your app across phones, tablets, and desktops at the same time.
Perfect for responsive testing, client demos, and App Store screenshots.

Built my first-ever app, EventFlow, and it’s now competing in Round 2 of App Wars under “Build an Event App.” Would really appreciate your vote 🙌

Built a multi-device testing studio in Base44 that lets you preview your app across desktop, tablet, and mobile simultaneously.
No more endlessly resizing browser windows.
This is ViewPort Studio ↓

Built a project called ViewPort Studio
It lets you preview your web app across desktop, tablet, and mobile views simultaneously in a real-time cinematic workspace
Honestly one of the coolest things I’ve built
Would love feedback from builders. @Base44

Event teams should spend more time creating great experiences and less time fighting with software.
That mindset drives every update we make to Event Flow.

A lot of organizations are stuck using outdated event software that feels slow, bloated, and disconnected.
We built Event Flow to be:
• faster
• cleaner
• easier to use
• more affordable
• built for real operations

Fast check-in is important.
But modern events need much more than that:
• vendor coordination
• communication
• analytics
• fundraising
• networking
• operational visibility
Event Flow connects it all together.

The best event experiences feel effortless to attendees.
But behind every smooth event is strong operations.
That’s exactly what Event Flow is built for.

Most event platforms focus on getting people registered.
We focus on what happens after they arrive.

The difference between a stressful event and a smooth one usually comes down to systems.
Fast check-in.
Clear communication.
Real-time visibility.
Connected teams.
That’s what Event Flow was built for.

Just rolled out something new for EventFlow.
If you’re already connected to people running events, there’s now a way to get credited when they end up using the platform. 5% of every successful refferal for life @Base44

Introducing Launchpad!
For those of you who want to put your apps infront of real people - this is for you
hundreds of submissions and increasing since launching it an hour ago.
Building in public is my fav way to build - and we made it easier now than ever
Just had a company meeting for the first time in months. There were so many people there that I realized how much we had grown. Holy sh*t
I keep asking myself if we’re growing head count too fast or too slow.
Haven’t come up yet either a good formula to quantify the answer.
I’m doing my best to hold on growing the org and introducing processes / policies in different places until it hurts.
E.g. only a week ago we split the eng org into teams.
I still manage 36 direct reports across the company
But “until it hurts” is not a strategy.
I think what I’m trying to come up with is a structure where every person is closer to a one person team and can own stuff by themselves end to end.
And couple that with No approval chains, no unnecessary meetings, no middle layer between a good idea and shipping it. Measure Every person if they run or build something real.
