My parcel was lost 2 months ago by @Hermesparcels Abysmal support, paid for £30 cover, completed claims form and no response. Will be reporting to @CTSI_UK and @BBCWatchdog @SamVsHermes #watchdog Small claims court too.

@MyHermesFail They lost my parcel back in September. It was collected from the parcel shop and then completely disappeared. Tried to raise a negligence claim to recover item value but they won’t communicate with me.
