@thecaitdiaries That’s what I was thinking. Most of them probably work well over 2080hrs a year to obtain those salaries. They’d be getting 1.5 - 2 times their hourly rate for any extra hours. Only way to cut down on that is to hire more officers or to cut work load some how.
