@MowatKerrie Loving it thank you. So proud of how far he's come. Job sorted 2 days after release. Started barbering Monday. Boss gave him set of keys, left him to lock up. Was so gutted for him when we went into lockdown as he was buzzing x
@PeterJMWayne11 Yes he learnt inside, NVQ 2 barbering. Something he had wanted to do but took the wrong path for a bit. He's just weighing up now which barber shop to except job with. Thank fully he has alot of good friends that have supported him π
Whilst Liam was in the barbers shops he was asked to show what he could do. One of them the owner got him to cut his hair. Result is that both barbers shops offered him a start date on Monday. Now he has a decision to make. So, so proud seeing him so happy ππ
@UkPrisoner Thank you so much. He's definitely matured. The old Liam would have been gone but after what he's been through there's no going back and actually sat and listened to me which is a first π
2nd reason to be proud. Liam's gf wanted him to go with her to a house party in tier 4, we are in 3. A reminder that if police were called and took names he'd be straight back to finish sentence and tier rules discussed. My boy stayed at home with me to see the New Year in ππ
Happy New Year to you all ππ₯. Be safe and be happy. I am feeling extremely proud of Liam this morning 2021 will be new beginnings. Firstly Day 2 after release yesterday and he was in town, showed his face in two barbers shops πβοΈ
Not tweeted for a while, found the last few months quite difficult. But I can finally say that this is my last night without my son. Don't think I shall sleep a wink tonight. Bringing him home tomorrow, then we can have our Christmas ππππ xx
@caroline052020 Such a hard decision as a mother to have to make. Your health and wellbeing are just as important as his and until he is ready to help himself and change his ways it's so hard. Be strong x
