Baedeker Guides were classic travel guides of late C19th/ early C20th & yesterday thanks to fab Minster Gate Bookshop in York I found 1895 editions of their guides to Upper and Lower Egypt, owned by John Hunter of Cairo in 1897 and wonderfully annotated by him on his travels.
Unloading the 90 after 5 days at the Bushcraft Show with the team from Fourby. Hot long weekend but caught up with lots of friends and made new ones :) thanks to Neil and Steph of Fourby for such kind hospitality and giving me chance to sell some books!
