@KnoxtechHQ Thanks for confirming this. I’m down in Blount County near the Dragon and rely on WiFi calling and an LTE network extender.. both are failing me right now and I’ve been SOS for quite a while now. Ugh.

@Verizon is down. My LTE network extender isn’t connecting. Even WiFi isn’t working. Where I live that is ESSENTIAL. We are in a dead zone as it is but at least with WiFi calling and the LTE box I could get out. Now .. nothing. GrDon’t suppose we’ll get a service credit for this?
