@SMullenHV In theory yes, but booking a f2f appt Mon-Fri is a challenge.

With email triage forms or over an hour on hold to reception, and then only getting telephone consults.

Being able to book appts on Patient Access again would be very helpful, choosing f2f or telephone yourself.
