@AirEuropa Why is it called a luggage claim service if you refuse to engage with claims? 2nd time I’ve had this email 😠 €500 compensation is not sufficient for £4,000 lost luggage. You are required to do more under the Montreal Convention 1999. Why are you not complying with the law?
