@SeatfrogHelp hey, I’ve been trying to add a new card (several times, changed cards, deleted and re installed app) and I keep getting “refused” as an error message.
Any advice to fix?

@Lady_Hillier @MI55Y_28 @HM_Passport Peterborough. Application 11th July (had 4 things associated to that. Documents received 15th July. Application approved 27th so it’s that 12 days between records and approved that’s the kicker. Assuming/hoping the rest is quite smooth
Anyone with passport renewal knowledge out there? @HM_Passport We have one in the renew application - unsure of how long it will take, can I supersede that and re apply in a physical location/turn up and get one?
@MI55Y_28 @HM_Passport Oh i see. ARRRGHH its a nightmare isnt it. Appreciate its all in the system but like you we're just in limbo until we find out where/when it will come back :-(
