BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administration’s so-called “weaponization fund” may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court.
That is nuclear-level language from a judge.
“Fraud on the court” is not normal criticism.
It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme.
And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags:
- the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount
- and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries
Translation?
The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine.
That is an absolutely extraordinary development.

On the left, Ray Bradbury’s house of more than 50 years in west Los Angeles.
On the right, the Borg mothership that replaced the Bradbury domicile after the wrecking ball.
What do you think of this new home? It was designed by LA “Starchitect,” Thom Mayne.

I have always dreamed that @GingerWildheart would put a rockabilly band together and make a record. I always thought it would be great to do with Scott Sorry, but, alas, that is no longer possible. But I still believe an album of this nature would be pure, mad brilliance.

I can't tell you what today's Artemis mission would mean to #RayBradbury. He told me countless times how disappointed he was that we abandoned the moon after Apollo 17. The moon was never about the Cold War. It was and is about extending the life expectancy of humanity.#ArtemisII
