The acoustic version of Beyond The Sky from Xenoblade Chronicles Future Connected feels like a song you’d play at a graduation or something which is fitting considering it’s the last music you hear after potentially 150 hours of game. We needed a bittersweet piece to send us off
Really liked this movie. Not sure where I’d rank it amongst all other Evil Dead movies but there was an energy in this film that kept going from the first frame all the way to the end. I will be watching the director’s other movie “Infested” very soon.
Beat Xenoblade Chronicles last night. One of the best games I have ever played in my life tbh. I think I can name on one hand JRPGs I might consider better.
If you like JRPGs and you have a switch (and about 60-80 hours to spare), go out and buy the Definitive Edition right now
waiting for the whole game to pass judgment, but there’s definitely big differences from the original with the sung articulation in these remixes so far. Why change the punchy, detached phrasing to be more smooth and legato? Why add vibrato? It sounds at odds with the original
the worst song I’ve heard in recent memory is on the “Indie Folk” playlist on Apple Music. Nothing like singing poorly to the same chord progression for 3 minutes, mumbling lyrics, and having the only variance in the song be a random harmony section with the same shitty singing
