Farm style, stick built, with 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, and 2-3 acres nothing fancy at all.... houses like that in BFE Indiana where I live are reaching nearly $400,000. Last tweet- I am currently buying my first home. This is what is happening- 3% down no longer works- must be 5%, also need $7,000+ in reserve savings, AI Fannie; is used to make the final call, FEES HAVE FEES AND THOSE FEES HAVE FEES. As a millennial- do not buy right now.🙂

Finding a $100,000 home is literally a needle in a hay stack right now. And if you find one- you are looking at 8-10% interest. That's fucking ridiculous on a 30-year loan🤣 Society wants our generation to buy homes? Bring back 2 and 3% interest from 2020.🤧
