After a year-long campaign and a careful count, the results are in. I’m grateful, I’m ready and there is no time to waste. I've spent nearly 25 years serving the people of Maine and the last year really brought home what that service is about—because Mainers show up for each other, in cities and towns, and they never give up on their neighbors. Thank you to everyone who voted, volunteered, donated, or opened their doors to talk with me about what matters to them, and what’s at stake in this election.
This was a crowded and competitive primary, and I want to thank Nirav Shah, Troy Jackson, Shenna Bellows and Angus King III for running campaigns that pushed all of us to be better and gave Democratic voters real and good choices. Ranked choice voting means a lot of you ranked more than one of us, and I'm grateful for every one of those votes, in whatever order they came. I also want to thank every town clerk and elections official across the state for their work tabulating a close and complicated race. This process took time because it's supposed to, and that care is exactly what voters deserve.
Now the real work begins. This campaign is about housing that allows young people to stay in Maine, quality health care we can afford, no matter where you live. It is about Maine's potential– ensuring a bright future for our kids, and for those struggling to get by. And this campaign is about standing up against Donald Trump’s reckless attacks, his wars and economic choices that are making life harder for Mainers. Heading into November, I need all of you—whether I was your first choice or your fifth or you didn’t participate in the primary at all—because beating Bobby Charles and Rick Bennett requires a diverse coalition of Mainers in this state pulling together.
Thank you, Maine. I look forward to seeing you all across our incredible state and earning your vote.
Maine's next governor has some urgent things to do. Tackle the cost of health care, housing, education, property tax relief, and make sure working families can actually get ahead. That is what this race has always been about.
Maine voters are ready for a governor who will fight for them and get things done. We have felt incredible enthusiasm all across this state, and we saw voters show up at the polls with that same energy. We knew this would be a close race and we were ready for it. Our team worked incredibly hard to reach voters and our supporters showed up in every corner of the state. I am so grateful for them all.
Because this is a ranked choice election, full results will take time. We trust that process and we will wait for every vote to be counted. We feel good about where we stand and we are so proud of the campaign we ran. Thank you, Maine.
I’m Noah Taylor. I was an Army infantry grunt in Afghanistan. I know what forever wars cost.
We can’t let Kansas kids become bargaining chips in a war of distraction while the powerful profit.
So I’m running for U.S. Senate to defeat Roger Marshall.
Who’s with me?
I’m Sam Forstag - I’m a smokejumper, a union leader, and I’m running for Congress because for too long, Montanans have been breaking their backs just to fall further behind. Together, we can build an economy that works for working people.
We’re so proud to announce Alex Schaffer has been named a Partner at SBDigital!
In just 2.5 years since launching our new digital fundraising department, Alex has built a powerhouse 30-person team that has raised over $30 million for Democratic candidates, parties, and causes.
Best exchange in the debate with @SolomonforJC and a desperate/failing/red faced Jim McGreevey:
James: “You probably wish we defunded the police because you’ve been under investigation from so many different law-enforcement agencies”
Utahns showed up. In our first 24 hours, we raised over $500,000, with 90% coming from small-dollar supporters and 75% from right here at home. This campaign is powered by everyday Utahns, and we’re just getting started.
Too many Utah families are working harder than ever but not making ends meet. To Donald Trump and the D.C. elite, affordability is just a slogan.
I'm excited to announce my run for Congress, because the challenges facing Utah and this country demand we get off the sidelines.
Tonight, a bunch of different shades of Democrats are going to win a bunch of different places - and that’s awesome.
It takes many poles to hold up a big tent.
Onward!

My name is James Osyf. I’m a Navy veteran.
I've lived the Silent Service, but this moment demands something different.
Today, I’m announcing my campaign to flip VA-02 – because we can no longer afford to be silent.
Had the honor of working with @nzdunk and the @GinaOrtizJones team. We (@SBDigital) produced and ran this video throughout the entire campaign, because as Nancy said, it emphasized the urgency of the moment, and Gina's commitment's to San Antonio's voters.
Second, her communications emphasized Gina would bring *urgency* to the top priorities of voters:
1. Bringing down costs
2. Respecting taxpayers by increasing transparency & cutting waste
3. Keeping the community safe
4. Making smart investments in the future
