@RoyalJordanian The experience of getting a refund from RJ has been disappointing. Since I requested the refund on March 3, I have been given different timelines, not to mention the time taken to receive responses. As of today, 16 business days have already passed.

@RoyalJordanian I have already sent my requests through on line form and emails to ibesupport to cancel and refund tickets but no response .

@RoyalJordanian I booked two tickets online and need to cancel and request a refund. I emailed ibesupport but have not received a response. If this is not the correct channel, please advise the proper way to cancel the booking and why RJ staff not responding .
