Pleomorphic adenoma of the breast.
AKA benign mixed tumor. Rare tumor. Admixture of luminal epithelial and myoepithelial cells embedded in chondromyxoid /mucinous stroma. True osteoid changes may occur. Myoep cells are usually polygonal and singly throughout the stromal matrix.
