The Z has always been a favourite with car fanatics around the world. So, in honour of the latest release let’s take a look at where the Z has come from…

⚡️1970 - 1978 ⚡️
The Fairlady Z was the first generation of Z that was released in 1970. With a 2.4 litre engine and top speeds of 125mph, it proved to be popular in its first year, selling over 10,000 models, and by 1975 over 70,000 had been sold.

⚡️1984 - 1989⚡️
The Z took on a more wedge shape, as the 300ZX, Z31 was introduced. It was made for a more aerodynamic design to reduce the amount of drag on the car.

Under the hood you’d find a 3.0 litre V-6 that had a standard of 160 hp, and could boast 200hp when in Turbo.

⚡️2003 - 2008⚡️
With a new millennium came the new 350Z, which was our first car that was more of a sports car design.The new shape meant the car engine could be pushed back as much as possible, to achieve an ideal weight balance.

⚡Present⚡️
That brings us to the Z NISMO, our latest release.

With a twin-turn V6 engine, 420 hp and aerodynamics inspired by the GT500, it’s the perfect example of learning and changing the car to fit its environment.

We all love the GT-R, so let’s take a look at where it all started…

🚘 1960’s 🚘
The GT-R was first released as the Skyline 2000 GT-R in 1969, featuring an inline-six engine with 160 horsepower. The next couple of years we worked to release 2-door and 4-door versions of the model.

🚘 1980’s 🚘
The GTR R32 was introduced, after a long break from production, in the late 80s. It was designed to dominate Group A racing, but had to be built as a series model in order to compete.

It featured a 2.6 twin turbo engine and an all wheel drive system, specifically designed for racing.

🚘 2000’s 🚘
The R34 kicked off the start of the 2000s, gaining a cult following worldwide. With over a dozen variations of the R34, it’s no wonder it’s a favourite around the world.

🚘 2020’s 🚘
The next facelift for the GT-R came in 2023 at the reveal of the latest GT-R.

This upgrade also increases aerodynamics and will be offered in 3 ranges: The GT-R Premium, T-Spec, and the GT-R NISMO.
