Each eligible receipt grants 1 entry. Each receipt must contain only eligible Baby Bright Makeup products from the specified categories.

Double Entries: Participants who spend THB 3,000 or more per receipt (after store discounts and excluding shipping fees) will receive double entries. Each receipt must contain only eligible Baby Bright Makeup products from the specified categories. For example, a qualifying purchase of THB 3,000 grants 10 entries + 10 bonus entries = 20 entries in total.

Campaign Period: October 9, 2026, to October 21, 2026, until 11:59 PM (GMT+7).
Winner Announcement: The 30 selected Mooncious Fans will be announced on October 28, 2026 at 8:00 PM (GMT+7) via Facebook: Baby Bright Makeup.

Confirmation of Eligibility: The 30 selected participants must confirm their eligibility through the Baby Bright Makeup Google Form by October 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (GMT+7).

Failure to Confirm: Participants who fail to confirm their eligibility through the designated channel within the specified date and time will automatically forfeit their prize without prior notice.

Non-transferable Prize: The Company reserves the right to require winners to attend the event in person. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes, and participation rights cannot be transferred to another person.

Event Details: The team will contact confirmed participants to provide the event venue and appointment details after their eligibility has been successfully confirmed.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this activity constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.

Verification Rights: The Company reserves the right to verify order status and payment records retrospectively. If any order used for participation is found to have been canceled, returned, refunded, or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the Company may disqualify the participant or revoke the prize without prior notice.

Participants must retain their receipts and proof of purchase. Selected participants must present their original national ID card or passport, together with the relevant proof of purchase, for identity verification as required by the Company.

Selected participants must confirm their eligibility within the specified date and time. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize. The Company reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner, as deemed appropriate.

Event participation rights and prizes are non-transferable, cannot be reassigned to another person, exchanged for cash, or substituted for other prizes. Selected participants must attend the event in person.

Participants must be at least 13 years old and comply with all rules and regulations of the activity, event venue, and relevant platforms. Employees and family members of Karmarts Public Company Limited, its affiliated companies, directors, advertising production teams, and any individuals involved in organizing the activity are not eligible to participate.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants or remove information containing inappropriate or offensive content, unlawful material, content contrary to public morals, or content that may adversely affect the image or reputation of the Company or the Baby Bright brand. Legal action may also be taken in cases of fraud or misuse of participation rights.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, add to, suspend, cancel, or adjust the campaign period, benefits, or prizes as deemed appropriate without prior notice, including in cases of force majeure, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the activity, including disruptions to computer systems, mobile phones, internet connections, or related platforms beyond the Company's control, except where liability is required by applicable law.

By participating in this activity, participants acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions and consent to the Company collecting, using, disclosing, transferring, and processing their personal data, including full name, telephone number, email address, photographs, and other relevant information, for eligibility verification, winner announcements, participant communication, event administration, and promotional purposes in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods specified in the Company's Privacy Policy. Participants may review further details and exercise their data subject rights through the channels designated by the Company.
