My brother is currently suffering from a health issue after meeting with an accident, and in this difficult situation, my @KotakCares@KotakBankLtd account has been placed under a debit freeze for a “suspicious transaction.”
The amount of ₹33,000 was simply sent to me by my own friend. There is no cybercrime complaint and, as far as I have been informed, no authority intervention regarding this transaction. So how can receiving money from my own friend be treated as suspicious?
I have repeatedly contacted Customer Service and even visited the Agartala Kotak Mahindra Bank branch, but unfortunately, nobody is properly addressing my concern.
At a time when my family is dealing with a medical emergency, freezing access to my legitimate funds without providing a clear explanation is causing serious hardship.
Kotak Mahindra Bank, please investigate this matter urgently, provide the exact reason for the debit freeze, and restore access to my account if there is no valid complaint or legal instruction.
My brother opened a @KotakBankLtd 811 Super Account and made his first deposit of ₹33,000. Immediately after the deposit, the account was debit-frozen.
There is no cybercrime complaint or authorised hold showing against the account, as far as we have been informed.
We contacted customer support, and they asked us to complete DIY KYC. However, the DIY KYC process itself is showing an error and cannot be completed.
We also visited the Kotak Bank Agartala Branch, but the bank officials are refusing to provide any proper assistance or resolution.
₹33,000 of our money is currently stuck in the account, and we are not getting a clear answer either online or offline.

@KotakBankLtd — Please explain why the account was frozen and provide a proper resolution. If there is any legitimate reason or hold, please provide the details in writing. Customers should not be left without access to their own funds or a proper explanation.
If your DIY KYC isn’t working online, then what kind of service is Kotak Bank providing to its customers?
You freeze the account, ask the customer to complete DIY KYC, and then the KYC process itself doesn’t work. When the customer visits the branch for help, there is still no proper assistance.
This is not an acceptable way to treat customers, especially when ₹33,000 of their own money is stuck in the account.
@KotakCares@KotakBankLtd , please provide a proper explanation and resolution instead of simply redirecting customers from one channel to another.
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport I’m facing a serious issue with your Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
I attempted to deposit ₹45,000 through the CDM at an Axis Bank branch. The machine retained my cash but displayed an error, and I received a receipt confirming the failed transaction.
I immediately reported the issue to the branch and submitted the required signed complaint form. However, it has now been 2 days, and I still have not received my ₹45,000 or a clear resolution.
At the same time, a cheque issued from the same account has been given to my friend for deposit. Since ₹45,000 is currently stuck in the CDM and has not been credited to my account, I am now seriously concerned that the cheque may bounce due to insufficient funds.
This is extremely stressful because the CDM issue is not my fault, yet I may face consequences for a cheque transaction because the bank has not credited my money.
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport Please urgently investigate the CDM transaction, credit my ₹45,000, and ensure that I am not held responsible for any charges, penalties, or consequences arising from a cheque being returned due to this delay.
I have the CDM error receipt and branch complaint documents as proof. Please provide a clear update and resolution immediately.
Two days ago, I opened a @slicebank account and made a few normal transactions, including 2 UPI deposits. I then withdrew ₹30,000 using UPI QR at an ATM. Later, I deposited another ₹7,000 through UPI and attempted another ATM withdrawal.
Suddenly, my account’s credit/deposit services were disabled. After contacting Slice, I was told that they cannot enable the credit services again.
Bank Account: Slice Bank Account ending in 0547
My concern is: if I cannot credit funds into my account, then what is the purpose of the physical ATM/debit card for which Slice charges ₹299?
This entire experience is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I expect Slice to clearly explain why my credit facility was disabled and what happens to the ₹299 card fee.
If I don't receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate RBI grievance-redressal process.
@slicebank — Please verify my account and look into this matter urgently.
I sold 5,000 USDT on @BinanceForIN P2P. I noticed the payment came from a third-party bank account, so I initially refused to release the USDT.
The buyer opened an appeal, and despite my objection, @BinanceHelpDesk CS/appeal team instructed me to release the USDT. Within an hour, my bank account was frozen and the funds went into negative balance.
My question is simple: If I had already warned @binance about the third-party payment, who is responsible now—the buyer or @BinanceWallet ?
I have the complete P2P order and appeal chat records as evidence.
@FederalBankLtd Tell me one thing: Do you follow an order passed by the High Court, or an ordinary police station (PS) order? If a High Court has directed that only the disputed amount should be restricted, on what basis is the entire bank account being frozen?
Is the Banking System Above the High Court?
It is extremely shameful that despite repeated High Court judgments emphasizing proportionality in cybercrime-related account freezes, my entire @FederalBankLtd account has been frozen over a disputed amount of just ₹51.
If only ₹51 is allegedly connected to a cybercrime complaint, why should my entire account and all my legitimate funds be blocked?
Courts have repeatedly directed that, where appropriate, banks should restrict/lien only the disputed amount and allow the account holder to operate the remaining balance.
So my simple question to @FederalBankLtd and the concerned authorities is:
Are banks and police authorities above the High Court?
If not, why is my entire account being restricted for ₹51?
@alekyatkx@nobroker Kindly file an consumer complaint over whatsapp +91 88000 01915 This is your legal right to get composensation and I'm fighting against @nobrokercom@NoBrokerCare
Due to NoBroker's failure to provide the confirmed packing and moving service, I was forced to incur additional expenses that were entirely beyond my control. I had to pay extra to my landlord, hotel charges, additional labour charges, and suffered financial loss and mental harassment solely because of your service failure.
Offering ₹1,000 as compensation for such losses is unreasonable. If your operational capacity is limited to this extent, you should not accept confirmed bookings and assure customers of services that you are unable to deliver.
Your actions appear to constitute deficiency in service and may amount to an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The adequacy of compensation and the extent of the loss suffered are matters that can be determined by the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission based on the evidence.
I have already served a legal notice. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will pursue all remedies available under law.
Public Notice to NoBroker
I booked a packing and moving service with @nobrokercom two days in advance, and my pickup was confirmed. On the day of shifting, the @NoBrokerCare app showed that a driver had already been assigned since morning. However, when I contacted the assigned driver, he refused to come and asked me to speak with customer support.
When I contacted NoBroker customer support, I was informed that they had no vehicle available and asked me to reschedule the pickup to Sunday. This was completely unacceptable because my entire move had already been planned based on their confirmed booking.
Due to NoBroker's negligence and service failure, I suffered significant financial losses:
- Extra rent/payment to my landlord to keep my belongings.
- Hotel expenses because I had already vacated my house.
- Additional labour charges for loading and unloading.
- The amount paid to NoBroker for a service that was not provided.
- Mental stress, inconvenience, and disruption to my relocation.
I have all the booking details, call records, chat history, payment receipts, and other evidence.
I demand that NoBroker immediately compensate me for all the financial losses caused by their negligence and failure to provide the confirmed service.
If this matter is not resolved within a reasonable time, I will initiate appropriate legal proceedings before the Consumer Commission and pursue all remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including compensation for financial loss, deficiency in service, and mental harassment.
I hope NoBroker resolves this matter responsibly without forcing legal action.
