We thank this great group representing @sewadiwali for taking the time to tour our facility to learn more about what we do for our residents and bringing this fantastic donation with them. Thank you, and we are very excited to have your support! #HappyNewYear #2023
Thank you to the @MolsonCoors team that came out this month and sponsored and served a meal as well as helped us sort our food pantry. #TheSamaritanInn relies heavily on the volunteer teams to help us complete large projects. Thanks again, #MolsonCoors
Not only does Sammy know where to find good deals and good eatin's, this little elf knows excellent art when he sees it. Here he is admiring #TheSamaritanInn's inspiring print of Van Gogh's Good Samaritan, which adorns our onsite chapel.

With #Christmas rapidly approaching, #SammytheElf's time at #TheSamaritanInn is coming to a close this year! Good job, Chef Coko, for spotting Sammy as he snuck from the dining room to the resident's TV room. Where will Sammy be found next? Tune in tomorrow!
Shake my head! #Sammytheelf was spotted in #TheSamaritanInn dining room. First, he was hiding in the sack lunches, & after he was kicked out, he tried to sneak back in wearing this pretty obvious disguise. Sammy, pizza does not have legs!

Whodda thunk this little rascal could recognize a deal when he saw one? Sammy was spotted at our #InnStyleResale store stocking up on who knows what but most certainly finishing up his #Christmas shopping. Thanks to our Inn Style Clerk Tina for her eagle eye! #TheSamaritanInn
Our #InnStyleResale Store will be closed from Saturday, December 24th, until December 27th to allow our staff to enjoy the holiday with their families. We will reopen at 9am on December 28th. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you peace and love this holiday season.
Congratulations to our staff member who spotted Sammy getting in a quick read in the library...This cotton-headed, ninny muggins won't stay still long enough to start (or finish) anything. I wonder where he will pop up next?!
Due to the expected cold temperatures, our store will not accept drop-off donations on Thursday, Dec 22 or Friday, Dec 23. The store will be open regular hours on both days. We will resume accepting donations on Wednesday, Dec 28. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you to the #ACTFoundationUSA for collecting and donating gloves and blankets for our #TheSamaritanInn residents. These much-appreciated items will go to keep our residents warm this holiday season. 🎁🎄☃️
#Elf update! The newly named "Sammy, the Elf" has been spotted hiding in #TheSamaritanInn dining room Christmas tree. A staff member sounded the alarm, but by the time we looked again, he was g.o.n.e. Where will he pop up next? Stay tuned!
The #Elf is on the loose again this year at the shelter. We have enlisted our staff and residents to help us spot him. This year, this pesky fellow needs a name. Can you help us? What would you name him?

Each year the #CockrillMiddleSchool Boys and Girls Athletics Department collects new, full-sized hygiene items for #TheSamaritanInn residents. This year they were able to collect 2,500 items. Thank you so much, Cockrill Cowboys!
Look who came to town! Thanks to our friends at Chase Oaks Church, Santa and friends stopped by our shelter for Story Time with Santa. Santa answered all the kids' questions, read 'Twas a Night Before Christmas and listened to every single one of their wishes for this Christmas.
