If you spot someone who doesn’t look OK. Small, soft questions can be a gentle way in, they interrupt the cycle of thoughts without overwhelming them.
Your words are a life-saving kit. If you see someone who doesn’t look OK, a little small talk could save their life.

Most of us have a friend on our mind that we keep meaning to message, maybe because they’ve gone a bit quiet or they’re having a tough time. But life gets so busy we end up putting it off.
If you’ve got a spare moment now, this is your reminder to check in with them.
When life is tough it can be hard to know how to talk about it. You don’t need to have the right words to call us, we’ll meet you exactly where you’re at and help you talk through your thoughts.
