Displaying extraordinary courage, grit and determination, the soldiers of 2 RAJPUTANA RIFLES fought against formidable odds to recapture the strategically vital Tololing feature, paving the way for subsequent victories during Operation Vijay.

On this day, we remember the supreme sacrifice of Major Vivek Gupta, MVC(P), Subedar Bhanwar Lal, VrC(P), Company Havildar Major Yashvir Singh, VrC(P) and Havildar Sultan Singh Narwaria, VrC(P), whose valour, leadership and devotion to duty continue to inspire generations.

India remembers with pride and gratitude. 🇮🇳
