So,
@Lenovo_in has determined that it will not replace my machine, but instead will replace the motherboard for the third time. I submitted the laptop to the service center on Saturday and was assured that it would be returned by Monday.

Given the repeated issues with the laptop and the lack of satisfactory resolution from the service center, it seems that filing a complaint with a Consumer court may be the only remaining option. @Lenovo_in

However, the service center now reports that the necessary parts have not yet arrived, despite being dispatched.
It appears that Lenovo is not prioritizing the needs and concerns of its customers.

I purchased Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop in October, however, I have been facing a persistent flickering issue since day one. Despite informing my dealer about the problem and having the RAM changed twice (without any documentation), the issue remained unresolved.

I have a 3-year premium warranty, but it seems that it means nothing. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Lenovo and I will make sure that my friends and family avoid purchasing from your company in the future.
