I visited the service centre and they told me that there is a need to change the motherboard and I have to pay Rs 7939 for the same..But why would I pay if it's not my fault..it's a manufacturing defect as almost everyone having Redmi 10 prime is getting the same problem..

@harinarayananpc Agree with you but if it's manufacturing default and almost everyone is getting the same issue with this model so why would I be charged? And you can search on YouTube there are videos with the same issue with this model
