Now we know why @ChouhanShivraj has prepared to force exams. Total no. of students affiliated to RGPV would approximately amount to 26,000. Exam fee is ₹1500.
26000 × 1500 = 39000000 ( thirty nine crores) to the government.

@ArtiKethunia I agree with you that people should move on. But like south korea it's very difficult to do the same in India. South Korea doesn't have issues like jamatis, different CMs for different states to govern differently, etc. That's why it's just not plausible for us.
